Pecan Villa Apartments

Living next to this complex is awful. I can't imagine actually living there. Loud music, drinking and urination in the parking lot, idling trucks with bad fumes.... Management is failing big time and I hope something changes really soon. Videos are from different days, different times of day and nothing is being done after years of filing complaints.

The property is really nice and so is the office team

What sucks me and my son have to wait six months to move in with my husband that is in apt 15 but I am about to be on the streets this coming Friday but we don’t have the money to do another $40application fee and the $100 administration fee either and on top of that a 300 dollar pet deposit because my dog is my emotional support dog I am not getting rid of her

Air conditioning doesn’t work good at all! Especially during the summer! Had to use a window ac plus a tower fan to be able to sleep good
