Pecan Hill Apartments

This is the worst management company I've ever dealt with! There's needles from junkies laying around the property. They make you pay for trash and pest control but trash hardly comes always got a dumpster over the top and pest control hasn't came in over 45 days but they still charge you the fees. They charge you 100 dollars in water it could be more than that also. There's roaches and I mean a lot of roaches. The property has a bunch of dog poop all over the property. When you bring these concerns up the lady does nothing but make you feel like your just complaining to complain. You can pay your rent on time doesn't matter they will still treat as if your a scum bag. The ladys never on the office! I've sent many complaints thru text message email and even in person they just don't care a

New management as of a year or 2 ago, they have turned the place around. I've sent multiple close clients of mine here. Chill spot I like being there & the units are nice

CURRENT RESIDENT HERE Do yourself a favor and stay away from this property. Where do I even begin! The roaches, the constant foot trafic, cars being stolen, the fact that the the owner/new management company can spontaneously send workers/maintenance people to your home without notice to come in when they please. Just no!! Also, Not once have I seen a water bill yet, last month my water bill was$400 dlls!!! Apartments are in horrible conditions and poorly maintained. And to top it off its hard to get a hold of someone in management yet the owner lives on site!

Arron with the property rental is so rude, they don't even have a manager on site plus they are very sneaky who the owner of the apts are. They charge a app fee plus admin fee. They look trash and with the rating understand why they act that way. Don't go there **Update. I was denied due to Aaron having a problem with people asking questions about the property. Spoke with people who have delt with him and was also informed about his unprofessional behavior, and the discrimination you will deal with. Don't feel he should be in this position if he is super rude to aspiring tenants. I've heard good things about the owner and would love to be with his properties. I visited a resident here with their granddaughter (my friend) recently. I found this little nook to be quite cozy and a fun atmosphere during our visit. A quiet, well shaded area to spend time with family while the kids played. Well kept play area.
