Pecan Grove Apartments

These apartments were kinda used awhile back. But, these last 6 months they have been really fixing them up nice. They have a new matnace man that really fixes things and replaced things when needed. The grounds are being taken care of now. The woman who are in the office now are friendly. The laundry Matt is really clean now. They keep the lawn cut nice now and they have brand new mailboxes now. They have new stuff they are replacing the old when people move out so everything is being updated. So, they are really changing how the apartments are being kept and updated now, compared to awhile ago. So all of the people who have written complaints awhile back should not effect the way the apartments are being taken care of now. It's really a great place to live now and very clean. I recommend

Apartments could really use an update! Assigned parking would be helpful. Assigned dog area would be helpful. Needs new washers and dryers, having a dishwasher would be nice. Overall it’s a nice first apartment. All issues were fixed when asked.

Literally the most intrusive, annoying place I have ever lived. They need like a blood sample and your firstborn every year for renewal even if nothing changes on your info and it seems like they are in your apartment constantly for something. Everything is outdated and if you live on the bottom floor you can hear every step and movement of the person above you. The neighborhood isn't bad, pretty quiet and I like most of my neighbors. I just barely like having people I know in my apartment and my business and these people are constantly in both. It's annoying. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I came in to grab an application and ask the lady at the front desk a few questions. Mainly if I gave them a photo copy of my i.d and socials because I didn't have access to the original copy and as I'm talking this lady starts cutting me off by going uh- uh. Until I stoped talking and then she lectured me telling me to grow up and get a physical copy of them ( not knowing my circumstances) her cutting me off and lecturing me made me instantly choose to take my business else where she was rude and I will NEVER EVER RECOMMED THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX to anyone I know

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Everything is outdated, old and nasty. The manager is mean and HATES young couples. You can hear everything through the walls. The carpet is very old and stains they try to get rid of always show back up. No one in the office is helpful. And when you move out they try to say you owe them money including the deposit they took from you when no damage was done! Do not live here!!
