Pebblebrook Apartments

While my time at Pebblebrook Apartments has come to an end, I would like to share my experience. I lived at this complex for over 3 years and truly enjoyed most of my time there. The pool in the summer time was glorious, the property was always well-maintained (including prompt snow removal), and the convenient access to a nearby walking trail will be missed. I noticed some older reviews on here mention some safety issues with the property and I can honestly say there was never a time I felt unsafe here. The property has made improvements with cameras and a well-lit parking lot. I want to highlight 2 employees that I had the pleasure of interacting with over the years. Of all the apartments I’ve had, Pebblebrook has the kindest staff by far- both leasing office and maintenance! The office staff are awesome, very helpful and professional. I appreciated they were all real people and treated me like a real person, and not just ultra corporate like some places can end up being. They allowed an extra parking pass to help with my move in and move out so no one would get towed helping me move. The maintenance staff are phenomenal and so quick to help if any little thing comes up. On a late Friday afternoon my refrigerator randomly stopped working and maintenance actually was able to swap it out right at 4pm on a Friday so my groceries didn’t all go bad and I didn’t have to go all weekend without a fridge waiting for Monday. I have been renting here for 1 year exact, in that time I’ve had my apartment burglarized and my car stolen from the apartment parking lot. I’ve reached out to the leasing office and the management to obtain video evidence for my police report, just for them to never reach back out to me or New Britain Police. Not to mention they raise my rent by almost 100 dollars without any upgrades to security or building safety. Absolutely horrendous management, and I recommend to NOT rent from here. I’ve already made plans to move elsewhere when my lease expires.

I went in for a tour of a apartment set for 12:00pm. The person I was to take the tour with wasn't available but did apologize and wish me a Happy New year, I wish her the same. I took the tour with Kim who was very informative.polite and I enjoyed our conversations. I am hoping that I can make Pebblebrook Apartments my new home. They say that first impressions count,so far I am really impressed.Thanks for time and help . Happy New Year to all . I was not approved but hope others have better luck than I did .

I used to live here for 10 years. I initially lived in a 2-bed, and changed to 1-bed few years later. Management is exceptional. I'm expecting to move back there because it is home for me, more now that I live by myself, and the maintenance guys treat me like family. I 💖 Pebblebrook Apartments!
