do not rent there if you have problems with your apartment they ignore you !!! and there's a lot of cockroaches 😤

I love this place even do they rarely listen I have live here 9 years

My family lived here for 5 years. The manager Carmen was accommodating and so kind. She was always available if we had any concerns or questions. Our apartment was clean and spacious and I never had any issues with other tenants, everyone looked out for each other. The rent was fair and reasonable for the area also.

La renta está carísima y no incluye nada de billes, tienes que pagar aparte todo y te cobran mucho de agua, luz y gas como 300 Dlls por un cuarto aunque no uses los servicios te los cobran. Ellos dominan el aire y lo prenden cuando quieren. Está lleno de cucarachas y no te fumigan solo ponen un veneno en la cocina pero hay cucarachas en el baño y cuartos. No te recomiendo rentar ahí porque si tienes niños no los dejan jugar afuera, no hay estacionamientos, por todo te multan, la señora encargada te amenaza y manda papeles que le busques si no te gusta y que ya no te va a renovar.

Lo único bueno es q es muy tranquilo para vivir pero los apartamentos dan mucho problema..y muchas cucarachas .
