Pebblebend Apartments

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in leaving an apartment complex. The grounds are dated and nothing special. The only thing that I believe attracts any sort of tenants is the low pricing of rent. Outside of that I found no redeeming qualities and the management is absolutely atrocious. It was pulling teeth to meet, and the hours posted don't always guarantee someone will actually be in the office. In addition to that, Pembroke Capital, the firm that owns the complex, has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Upon move out I was told I had to pay a fee that I'd already paid and that they would be keeping my deposit due to that. They had no record of the fee being paid. I really liked this place when i first moved in with my boyfriend. Had some issues with the ladies in the front office so i only spoke to Bianca which is the manager. Long story short we ended up breaking the lease due to some issues we had with roommates. I spoke directly to Bianca about getting our deposit back. I was with her when she did the walk through of the apartment and she said she would mail the check to our new apartment. I LITERALLY WATCHED HER WRITE IT DOWN ON HER PHONE WHEN SHE ASKED FOR THE NEW ADDRESS. A month went by and we received nothing in the mail. My boyfriend ended up calling and talking to one of the ladies in the office and she said it was mailed to the pebblebend apartment which made absolutely no since because we broke our lease? He specifically told her that

I lived here for 1 year (7/2016-7/2017). Excellent apartment, no pests and the maintenance was quick. The representatives in the office were friendly and helpful. Elizabeth Fierro was wonderful to deal with. I lived near the pool, however it can be a bit busy and noisy during the summer months. Laundry room was well maintained with several washing and drying machines. The machines used a prepayment card that was replenished in the office. The cost: $1.50 for washing, $1.25 for drying. Parking was not a problem. Garbage is located out back behind a fence that was accessible by a gate. Grounds were kept clean and neighbors were quiet.

This is the best managed apartment complex I've stayed at in Odessa. The grounds are kept weekly by a landscaping company. The apartments are newly upgraded with new appliances, new insulated windows, new patio doors, most have hardwood flooring and new carpeting. There are no loud parties, the parking lot is well lit and safe. The managers themselves bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. The maintenance staff is amazing, they do a great job and do not enter the apartment without permission. Grande is the best cable company in town and are available at this address. The prices are going down now that the oil field boom has cooled off. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who does not want to spend an arm and a leg leasing from the newer complexes east of town. 5 stars all t

I’ve stayed here for a year and during my time. There was never anyone in the office. Since Mr. Sanchez had been here, he’s always on time, very professional and helpful.
