Pebble Walk Apartments

The new lady young manager name Hernandez I told her that my apartment is full with mold. My kids have allergies and it's making us sick. Instead of her taking care of the job she is too busy in her office putting on makeup. I been living here for 8 years and they do not treat me with respect. There is another lady in the office that's sitting in the front desk she is nice

Don't move here there are no cameras and crime is horrible and so many plagues it's disgusting to live ... and the rent is not even cheap you'll find garbage in the grass ... broken drains anyway it's no use living here don't spend your money you'll want to leave a week

Just saw the recent reviews. Most people who live in this apartment complex are Spanish speaking. It used to be much more crazy with crime. Children being shot near by, ppl being robbed at gun point, etc.. There's still cars getting broken into though. There's no working cameras, parking is crazy. Also if you don't like loud music at night, on the weekends or are bother by people working on their cars ect... this might not be the place for you. Things take for ever to get fix, you have to pay extra because they can't fix the things in a reasonable time. Im talking about getting things fixed withing a week. When u call the emergency maintainance number most of the time no one will pick up or give you a call back even if you leave a voice mail. It used to be affordable but now they are the

Not even a month of living here and they popped my tires and the office ppl don’t even bother to help out or put cameras in there complexes cheap to live then lady at the office saying ppl come in with attitudes insurance Don’t cover popped tires

Being a resident of almost 2 decades here I must admit that there has been considerable growth due to the recent change in management under Ms. Wannelys leadership.She has shown a consistent ability towards care professionalism and honesty towards the residents. REFRESHING!! Its really nice to feel like you are being listened to and feel safe in the in the fact something will be done about it in a timely manner.
