Pebble Hills Apartments

I like the apartments here, very clean, quiet and spacious. The manager is a wonderful person, the maintenance team are very efficient.

Ive been pretty comfortable here, very decent apartments. Teresa the apt mgr is really nice, Only complaint is there is a person that is constantly creeping and being nosey on other tenants and people coming in and out leaving a feeling like theres no privacy, bldg H upstairs , elder man, Other than that, no complaints on the property itself! & maintenance is fast to respond! 👍🏽

Very unprofessional! I have a husband and daughter who’s three years old. We were told we could move in on Wednesday but only three hours before hand we were told we couldn’t and had to wait after purchasing a uhal and taking the day off work to move already. When trying to talk about our frustrations manager (Teresa ) took it personal and told us to come pick up our deposit after already having us set up gas , electric, and internet.

Very unprofessional apartment manager (Teresa) had very bad communication skills and took professional matters and made them personal. If I could I would post the videos of Teresa yelling and threatening us, can’t control her emotions. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Do not rent from this place. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional property manager that lacks customer service and follow up. No one is ever there on the property my daughter and I went to the office over 5 times to drop off deposit and application and we could never even get a call back. At the end of the day I see it as a blessing because I can imagine what my daughter would have had to endure if she had an emergency in her apartment or a maintenance issue with absence of the staff (property manager). There are many other apartments in the area that have better amenities are less expensive and the staff has been very well trained with customer service. Good luck.
