Since Before I Moved In Natasha Has Been Nothing But Kind, Transparent & Has Done Everything In Her Power To Fix Or Accommodate Any Problems That I Had Which Have Been Minor & Easy Fixes . The Maintenance Crew Is The Best As Well They Make Sure They’re Polite, Timely, & Actually Fixed The Problem. Since Gabby Been Here She’s Been Nothing But Amazing As Well From Keeping Me Updated About The Property, To Checking On The Residents Frequently Making Sure We Have Everything We Need & Is Willing To Answer Any & Every Question. The Property Mangers Are The Absolute Best Because They Actually Care ! The Maintenance Team Is Amazing Overall I Have Nothing But Good Things To Say About Pebble Hill As A Whole . I Recommend If You Want A Great Community & A Great Management Team Then Come Stay At Peb

I've lived here for over a year now and I wanted to come full circle before I give a fair review. The first year was hassle free but we experienced some billing issues after renewing our lease. Right now it's January 2026 and we renewed in September 2025 which was almost 5 months ago. First we started getting charged $9 per month for the property renters insurance even though we never cancelled our own insurance and even after uploading proof of insurance in October, we still continue to get charged. Also because we renewed by a certain deadline we were supposed to get a $25 discount which they did not honor at first until we pointed it out. Then in their attempt to fix the billing issues, they were crediting too much then reversing those credits then trying to credit the correct amount. W

Initially it was a welcome experience applying for an apartment here. But after applying contact stopped. It took almost two weeks to find out the status of my application. After trying to contact them a few times did I find out it was denied. That was rude just cause a denial to not feel the need to let me know. Very inconsiderate and Unprofessional to not receive a call, text or email. Just like they took the application fee, they should have informed me in a timely manner. If I wasn't persistent, I still would not know!! Application fee should be returned also!!

Unprofessional!! , camera system was down and was not notified until one of my vehicles were stolen. The leasing office never checked back in on us. We also had plumbing issues and to make it worse we was only there for 3months both of our names was on the lease and we both had a parking pass. No way a car should be stolen and no police or anyone showed up. Over priced and not enough amenities. I recommend anyone staying here to make this your last option.

The space is cozy and just what I was looking for. The leasing office has been so kind and welcoming, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Maintenance is also amazing.. fast, efficient, and always helpful. I really appreciate how everything is taken care of so quickly. Feels great to live somewhere that cares!
