Pebble Creek Apartments

The layout and community are great. Maintenance and most of the people in the office were good as well, but there response time for major issues outside of the regular Maintenance people capabilities is outrageous. There should be no reason for me to have major issues from the time I moved in (April) until end of January/ early February. I had mold, water and gas leaks, a windows that fell out the frame almost hitting my child, and a spider problem. We had to find somewhere else to stay and no one was communicating with us on a timeline or responding back to messages. The ball was dropped many times and there have been no attempts to make it right.

I went to Pebble Creek, I was interested in moving there. Quickly my mind changed, there was over 50 bags of trash that was on the lawn not too far from the dumpster. Glad I was sightseeing and caught this. No thank you not interested.

Hi, my name is Cassandra Miller. I live in Pebble Creek Apartments in Southfield Michigan. I went in the office today to ask a question and found out that Stephanie is no longer with us. Stephanie was phenomenal. I was very disappointed to notice she was gone. I will see her out pulling up weeds, planting flowers, picking up paper Whatever she needed to do in helping to beautify our community. I’ve lived here for 12 years and she is one of the most efficient that I have experienced in living here. When calling with a maintenance issue, it was always addressed in a timely matter. Bring Stephanie back thanks😊

I've been living here three years. Its a safe, clean, and quite. A nice place to call home. With saying that , there has been numerous office administrators since moving here. Some did their jobs, and some through tantrums when repairs had to be done. But the office administrators that's currently employed here are the bomb!! Nakia, is thee Best!!! She's professional, respectful, efficient, and is about the Community!! Stephanie and Kiara are also professional and to be bragging about! Nice job, ladies!! Maintenance is done in a timely manner, the guys are they best. The only thing that im not completely happy about is the apartments need to be updated. Owner's spend some money and update the place.

Besides our new awesome maintenance manager Shannon that is the ONLY professional one here, the place is a nightmare. VERY OLD outdated apartments but rent is steady increasing without notice. The knitted carpet is very hard and easy to rip (not the standard carpet you usually see in an apartment), cabinets are worn, mold, water damage, cheap vinyl floor, old textured walls, windows won’t close due to broken seals, just completely horrible. Office staff is unprofessional (Stephanie & Nakia), they barely answer the phone and you can never just walk into your leasing office during regular business hours because they don’t have enough staff to work in the office, high turnover rate. They barely can keep the maintenance staff
