A warning to anyone who is thinking about moving here or touring- don't. This place is easily the worst property in the area in terms of management, parking, and cleanliness. To start off, the leasing manager might be the worst part about this place. If you're looking for someone reliable who's here on time and actually replies to emails and phone calls, Marlene is not the leasing manager you want in your community. Numerous emails, phone calls and maintenance requests have gone unanswered. She is here a small fraction of the time of the last leasing manager and only 4 days a week. Her office hours are supposedly 8:30-4:30 but she is never here on time in the morning and never actually here until 4:30. She leaves at least an hour early every single day and is the most unhelpful and rude p

I’ve been a resident here, but I’ll be moving out as soon as my lease ends in 6 months— and I can’t wait. Let me save you some trouble: do not rent here. The biggest issue that management REFUSES to address is the illegal parking situation. They let people park multiple cars in uncovered spots without permits and do absolutely nothing about it. It’s been going on for MONTHS. At this point the parking situation is so ridiculous that most of us can’t even drive through the roadway to get to our parking. Instead of enforcing parking rules or towing unauthorized vehicles, they decided to start charging tenants $50/month for a second parking space, even though they’ve done nothing to fix the problem. It’s clear they’d rather squeeze more money out of tenants than provide real solutions. Their

Ive been here since 2024. When i moved in here they had 5 stars because Ramona was the manager. She left shortly after i moved in and everything went wrong. Homeless people are always in the yard. Today morning a homeless guy was in the jacuzzi at 7:00 am and i ran to my car with my toddler. Our packages are being stolen from our front door for me and my other neighbors. The parking is a huge issue which you can read in the reviews. I feel unsafe here and the leasing office never respond to homeless issue let alone parking and stolen packages issues. Dont move here. Once my lease is up i will leave. I wanted to leave soon but they told me because i will be leaving under 5 years they will charge me for carpet fee and under 2 years they will charge me for paint fee and many other fees. Im ju

I'm currently a resident here but I will be moving out right when the lease end. This apartment have so many issues: zero pest control and LOTS of ROACHES inside the apartment, charging units $50 a month for a second parking and use of clubhouse which wasn't a policy before, allowing homeless people in the laundry room, broken washer and dryer everyday, broken exit gate every other week causing pile up and many being late for work, stolen personal property from the balcony, unmaintained trees that falls on people car or break windshield which they refuse to responsible for and blame "god's will" but in reality they are cheapskate and have only one maintenance man for 50+ units. The list goes on and on most review are years ago but this is reality. They called the apartment "renovated" but

I must agree with all the recent unhappy residents here. We have been here at pear tree apartments for almost 4 years now. I can honestly say that living at PearTree Apartments has been increasingly frustrating over the past year. One of the biggest issues is parking. Management recently started charging residents $50/month for an extra parking spot for one-bedroom units when it was free of charge to have 2 vehicles before. Now the two-bedroom units are the only ones that come with two assigned spaces free of charge. What doesn’t make sense is that several residents clearly have more than two vehicles and still manage to park without paying the additional fee. The enforcement feels inconsistent and unfair. Then there’s the constant management turnover. We’ve had three different property
