Review of Jay Zaidi – Realtor I was hired by Jay Zaidi for renovation work on his personal property. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative. After work was performed and materials were purchased in good faith, payment issues began to arise. Previously agreed-upon payment arrangements changed, communication deteriorated, and I was left with significant out-of-pocket expenses for labor and materials. The situation escalated when payment disputes and chargebacks were initiated after work had already been completed, causing serious financial and operational harm to my business. Multiple attempts to resolve the matter professionally were unsuccessful. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution contractors, vendors, and anyone entering into business dealings with Jay Zaidi

Kimberly Sasai is the absolute best. Mrs. Sasai start off trying to find a farm rental in Loudoun County. Which is next to impossible to do. Kimberly asked if we wanted to look at Farm Properties. My Wife and I being empty nesters needed a farm. Telling Kimberly that we could afford Loudoun County prices; My wife and I just didn’t want that expensive Farm. Kimberly stuck in there we found and excellent house exactly what we wanted. We travel from Linden, Marshall, Loudoun, and Culpeper.
