The property is always clean and well kept, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I also love that they host fun events, like the recent Halloween movie night and resident appreciation days. It really makes the place feel like a community. Plus, it’s pet friendly and in such a convenient spot with easy access to shopping, dining, and major freeways. Definitely a great place to call home!

The location is perfect, and with a staff like the one here, this is one of the few properties that actually means it when they call themselves “luxurious apartments”. This is a wonderful place to live. I loved living here for the past 3 years. I moved here August of 2022 and moved October 2025. The apartments are very nice and modern, maintenance team responds to request in a very prompt and professional manner, the office staff is friendly and helpful, especially Sherrelle. She goes out of her way to make sure that all residents feel seen and attended to. I would recommend anyone moving to the greater Houston area to live to at Pearl Woodlake.
