If you are in search of a place at the Pearl, schedule with Schreeda Wallace!! SHE IS A RARE GEM. All the ladies were sweet, but I have to speak to my experience. From hello, she was a ray of light, welcoming me with warmth, understanding, professionalism and such a great personality! From the time I submitted an application, she was very efficient and provided updates before I could ask. The process was a breeze : ) Schreeda is a very detailed person, and she showed the property like she was the owner- with great confidence and knowledge. There wasn't one question she could not answer. I am so excited to move in my new place, and I feel good knowing that there are kind and helpful staff like Schreeda in the office.

I applied to The Pearl Washington and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with the leasing office. I submitted my application on November 20th and did not receive any follow-up communication regarding my status or move-in requirements until December 1st, when I reached out myself. I understand Thanksgiving week was during that period, but even with the holiday, applicants with upcoming move-in dates should still receive basic communication. When I called to get clarity about my move-in costs, the interaction with the Assistant Manager was unprofessional and confusing. Wow! The team at Pearl Washington truly operates at a top-tier level. Schreeda was incredibly informative about both the community and the surrounding area. I really enjoyed touring the amenities, and the apartment homes are impressively spacious.

This property has seriously declined in quality. Management shows little concern for maintaining the building. While the staff are polite and willing to assist when asked, the overall condition of the property is unacceptable. • The elevator on my side has been out of service for months with no ETA for repair. The lobby elevator is also frequently down, leaving residents with unreliable access. • The stairwell near the moving elevator (which has been broken for months) smells terrible, and the doors are damaged with no signs of repair. • The gym keeps missing dumbbells, only one mat, and a carpet that smells. It’s frustrating to pay a maintenance fee when the building feels like it’s falling apart. I used to love living here because of the amazing location, but now I can’t wait for my le

All four tires were stolen in October 2025 due to a broken parking deck gate that has been broken for weeks following the incident. Reached out to the leasing staff multiple times and have continuously been ignored with no assistance on rectifying the issue. Have also been overcharged in rent aware of the leasing staff claimed it was an accident and refused to return the funds. They have also been other issues, but Would not recommend living in these apartments at all. The leasing staff have no care for their residents or the money that they are spending.
