Pearl Gate Apartments

Bonnie & Toby are the BEST. They helped me transfer from Loretto Properties to Pearlgate apartments for more space. They are easy to talk to, very responsive, and are very attentive to there tenants. Any issues, they handle. Any questions, they find the answers. The building in quite and clean. The Maintenance team, is great. I would recommend renting with Concordia to anyone.

Me my husband and our son are super pleased with our new apartment. Things weren’t always so great working with Concordia properties , but with the help of Ms.Bonnie she has made things so much easier for us with me giving birth to our son this past July I mean down to the paper work process & the moving process she’s still going out her way currently to make sure that me and my family are safe and comfortable. If you come here please request her services she will not let you down she’s PHENOMENAL at what she does!

One of the worst places to stay in these apartments. The manager didn’t want to install security cameras because the thieves kept stealing stuff, which even broke a few cars. It’s high rent without any security!

Bonnie was very helpful today. I needed help paying my rent and she helped me thru the process, she is a terrific person and does a great job,
