Pearl Dadeland

My wife, daughter and I have been a resident for nearly 2 years at Pearl Dadeland. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by “Maria” in the leasing office, a true professional in every sense of the word. Shortly after, she was joined by Raul & Steven. They all are very approachable, friendly, and make an amazing team together, lead by Lucy Fernandez (New Manager). She is the real deal and has so many great qualities, such as: Super approachable, friendly, courteous, and so much more! She has made a big difference for the good of the tenants and is a major asset for the owners of Pearl. Thank you so much Pearl owners for hiring the perfect person for the job! Jlh

I’ve been a resident of Pearl Dadeland since March and even though I’m satisfied with the location and some of its amenities, I unfortunately have more complaints that I’d like to: The main elevator from the most crowded tower in the community has issues or is out of service week in and week out. It’d get “fixed” for a couple days and go back out of service for several more. It’s almost part of the community’s daily routine at this point… Some gym and grill equipment has been broken since the day I moved in and nothing has been done about it. The left side of the Hercules machine inside the gym, for example, is totally broken and at least 2 out of 5 grills are indefinitely out of service. Lastly but more importantly, I was told someone drove into the parking lot gate and “tore it down”.

Maria has been a gem since the moment I visited Pearl. She has been extremely warm, genuine, and responsive leading up to move-in day. Everything has been a smooth process and an incredible deal for what you get in amenities, service, and location! As someone who's lived in multiple apartment communities, there are several elevators and doors on every floor that lead to the car garage so the hallways seem clear and decongested---no long wait times or crowded elevators so far. The common areas are clean and spacious; the rooftop is a nice bonus and no space was wasted in the gym's layout; you have all the machines you need including a barbell for squats and deadlifts! Maria is amazing and has so much patience. She is professional, understanding, and genuinely cares about helping residents. I’m very grateful for her support and highly recommend working with her.

This personally has been a horrendous 3 month, experience living here based on the MAJOR impact of how poorly they manage their pets and the carpets across the floor. It is absolutely disgusting , smells like urine every single day; and the best part is the management if fully aware and will NOT do anything to fix it. It’s quite frankly embarrassing paying 2000+ a month to live in a dog shelter. 0/5 stars if it let me.
