This was my first property I lived in when moving to Houston. I lived in Pearl 21 Eleven for almost 2 years. I have nothing but good things to say about living at this property. The units are spacious with high end features, made with quality and well kept. Whenever there was a maintenance issue it was almost always resolved same day. The manager Holly is very kind and a pleasure to work with. The hallways, common areas, and garages were always clean and safety was never an issue at this property. If it weren't for my job relocating me, I would have stayed here much longer. The location couldn't be any better, everything you could possibly ever need are walking distance or a very short drive away. I lived in this property for two years. The management was initially handled by Austin and Morgan, who were super kind and attentive. However, after about two months, they started changing managers, and things went downhill. I never had security issues, but the doors were often left unlocked, and the garage doors were frequently broken. I even saw a car with a broken window. The maintenance team was always friendly and quick to respond to any requests. However, the common areas had a lot of potential to be in better condition. In two years, I only used the pool once—when it was actually blue, and they did maintenance on Tuesdays. After that, they stopped cleaning it, and it turned green. Okay where do I start, I stayed in this apartment for 3 years since 2019. Been through 3 different management. Everyone worse than the previous one and the existing one is the worst. late last year I was planning to renew the lease and asked for a renewal offer which they are supposed to send 30 days prior to the last 60 days. Never got it on time. Got a bunch of excuses and manager blamed on their own staff. I had to call the leasing office 5 times before I could get an offer. I decided not to renew the lease just because I was give less than a week to decide before which I had to pay exorbitant "month" to "month" fee. Tristan has helped me from the beginning with my tour and any question I have now as a current resident. He is very quick to answer and return my emails or phone calls with very thorough answers every time. The community is in the perfect location, maintenance is very quick, and I’ve had no problems the past few months living here. In comparison to other properties in the area, I think this is the best one for those looking for a safe and affordable option. I would recommend to my friends and family.

I am writing this review a bit overdue, as I moved out of Pearl 21eleven three months ago after residing there for three years. During my stay, the community, including the apartments and common areas, was well-maintained. The previous leasing team Jose, was exceptional, as noted in older reviews. However, since the new management took over, things changed significantly. The primary issue arose when I had to renew my contract, and they decided to increase the rent by approximately 30%. After some negotiation, they justified it to a still substantial 15% increase, citing rates in the neighborhood. The new manager has been quite a headache to deal with. She is consistently rude and displays a poor attitude. During my last months at Pearl 21eleven, everything seemed to be falling apart. The
