Pear Ridge

*****updated review****** I have now been here for three months, and I am STILL seeing roaches. I even have a recording of one of their staff admitting that pest control will not permanently remove the roaches, and that I would need to purchase additional products myself to resolve the infestation. Keep in mind, we are charged monthly for pest control. Will likely upload to my TikTok. When I first moved in, the situation was so bad that I wanted to break my lease immediately—I saw over 30 roaches. I am in their ‘classic unit,’ which is absolutely not worth $1,400. The shower walls are cracked and peeling, the oven is old with broken lights, and the refrigerator couldn’t even be opened when I arrived, forcing me to switch the handles on my own. I’ve been living at Pear Ridge Apartments since 2014, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. Like any community, there have been a few challenges, especially with some newer residents not always doing their part to keep the property clean. I’ve even had to remind someone to pick up after their dog a few times. That said, I understand management has been very busy with renovations and improvements, so I’m not upset about it. I do my part, and many of my neighbors do as well. I’m friends with a lot of residents here, and we’ve all noticed many positive changes and improvements taking place recently. It’s clear that management is investing in the property, and I appreciate the effort they’re putting into making Pear Ridge a better place to live. Overall, I’m happy to call this plac

I had an amazing tour with Reggie and immediately fell in love with Pear Ridge Apartments. I’ve been living here for about 6 months now, and so far I’m really enjoying my experience. I leased one of the renovated apartments and absolutely love the style and updates; It feels modern and comfortable!😍 One of my favorite things about Pear Ridge is that it’s a smaller community, which makes it feel more tight-knit, and for the most part the neighbors are very friendly. I’ve also had a few service requests, and Jaleesa was quick to send the maintenance team out, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to live here and would definitely recommend Pear Ridge to others.

I’ve had a great experience living at Pear Ridge so far. The community is quiet and well kept, and the office staff has been really helpful every time I’ve needed something. My leasing agent, Jaleesa Montgomery, has been amazing! She made my transfer process super easy and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciate how friendly, patient, and professional she has been throughout the whole process. It’s nice to live somewhere where the staff truly cares about their residents.

I just moved in and it has been an amazing experience. Reggie helped me get all my things set up, and helped me register my car. The manager was super nice and helped me put in a work order. Maintenance came quickly and fixed my toilet. I really like living here so far.
