Peaks to Plains Property Management

TL;DR - Security deposit partially withheld for small wear and tear issues. If you rent through this company, then document everything at move-in with photos, get all move-out requirements in writing, and consider scheduling a joint walk-through at move-out to avoid disputes. Peaks to Plains withheld $350 from our security deposit for alleged cleaning issues despite the property owner confirming the home was in acceptable condition when we moved out. We vacuumed, dusted, mopped floors, and cleaned appliances - in general we left the home cleaner than we found it. But Peaks to Plains still charged us a cleaning fee. We rented through Peaks to Plains for two years. We rarely interacted with the company after signing our lease and dealt directly with the property owner for maintenance. We

I have to say I have never dealt with a better property management company in my life. All the ladies at Peaks to Plains I have met and dealt with are very professional and such nice people. Thank you ladies and especially Linda. AMAZING!

Linda and Kate are very responsive and helpful whenever we have any questions. We love the unit! We will definitely recommend Peaks to Plains to owners and renters.

Should have listened to the reviews before renting from this company. They were a decent place to rent from until it came time to renew our lease and they allowed my co-leaser to sign a new lease and gave permission to change the locks to the home without any communication or notice of doing so to me, even though my belongings are still inside of the property and I never told them I planned on moving out or not resigning the lease. So, if you don't like being back doored by your rental company, I would rent from someone else.

I have to say...I AM SHOCKED!!! When I read the reviews people left it broke my heart. Peaks To Plain's have been a blessing to me & my family... Kate is an incredible human being.
