James Pinder III was wonderful processing our application. He gave us all the detailed information we needed. He was so quick efficient & patient. Can't wait to move in soon!

Never received a call back telling us the status of our application....I believe her name is Dawn my husband called just check what's going with the process and he told me she was very short and rude that's something I do not put up with no need for the attitude! I will call if she is short with me it's not going to well patience is KEY when dealing with potential customers etc calm the attitude down.

Kim has made my move in flawless. And at the most stressful time in my life she has been a blessing. She was really nice and answered all my questions. I’ve moved on almost a month I love it. Clean and quiet. Thanks kim.

This is a great community, nice size apartments, very clean, and great management! Mrs. Kim in the front office really cares about her tenants, and does an amazing job taking care of us and making sure our needs are met! Thank you for all you do!

I usually don't write reviews but this review is concerning Kimberly Jones who is a Property Manager at the Peaks Of Oakwood. Kimberly Jones is a very caring person. I would see her walking around the apartment complex and on occasion (s) I noticed her picking up debris that is on the ground or parking lot. Kimberly (Kim) would always respond to maintenance requests quickly. Thank you Kim for always being nice to me when I was a resident of Peaks Of Oakwood.
