EDIT AS WE HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT: New management seems good so far she is actually in the office when scheduled to be there she is easier to get a hold of she is worminb hard on rebuimdinh what last management destroyed. She told me they are working on trying to expant parking and come up with some parking solution's the bowling ally refused to sell any land so there goes that option but she is looking into other options and ways to help the parking situation since prior management allowed 2 cars per person not per unit so that creates a challenge for her I am sure. I am hopeful with her she is very polite professional and always has a answer or will get you a answer if she doesn't have it I'd give her 5 stars because the complex is nice great community neighbors aren't too loud at all which

In the spring/summer there is an invasion of tree beetles that are relentless. Current management stated, “call an exterminator, we already sprayed “. They covered the floor, we’re in the bed- a nightmare. It took Current management 7 months after moving out to get a very small portion of our damage deposit (they charge all kinds of retro charges for trash and utilities, even falsely charges for cleaning the carpet after pets- we had no pets). The excuse from jasmine were anll over the place but the last two were that accounting kept mailing it to the apartment we USED to live in. How ridiculous is that? Management have assigned parking- and WILL tow, so you can’t have company (or a family with more than one car) and your company cannot park outside of the gate by the old bowling alley-

One star for TERRIBLE communication. Even if I did want to live here still, I would never. The leasing office never answers their phone! I submit an application and was told that it would be 24-48 hours from when it was submitted—that didn't happen. Couldn't get a tour scheduled, and I can only imagine what it's like for the residents trying to get ahold of anyone. I will CERTAINLY not be renting here.

(SCROLL DOWN FOR MY UPDATED SITUATION) The living experience and community itself is amazing. This would be a 5 star rating, we love this place except the parking is absolutely horrendous. There are cars that do not have parking passes and they do not receive any repercussions. Cars with parking passes have to park in the fire lanes which they have started towing. I pay rent to live here and now have to park outside of the gated community and risk my vehicle getting broken into when there are cars from people that do not live here and get to park in our spots. Will update as management has said they are working on this issue but for right now this is almost a deal breaker. EDIT: The gate has not been fixed in a couple months now. This property has gone downhill. The change in management has resulted in poor customer service and unsafe environment. The management property company refuses to repair the front gate. They have not maintained the operation of the pool. Jazmine, the property manager, is rude and inconsiderate. She is disrespectful to the residents and does not provide complete and accurate information when you speak with her. I would be cautious when renting here. Parking is limited and management punishes its residents by towing your vehicle. Gate is constantly left open and recently there was a shooting on the property. Pool is not working most of the time. Maintenance is delayed and does not fully address the issues within the unit. Management only charges more in rent not less. I do not recommend rent
