I stayed in this apartment for 4 years, and honestly, it was one of the worst experiences ever. The management is a complete mess — there’s never anyone around when you need help, and when you finally reach someone, they act like you’re bothering them. It’s unbelievable how little they care about their tenants. When I decided to move, they refused to give me my deposit back and even tried to charge me extra for things I didn’t do. After being a good tenant for so long, that was the last straw. It’s sad and disrespectful. You can tell how bad the place is just by how fast the staff come and go — the receptionists never stay longer than a few months because nobody wants to deal with that chaos. Moving here was a big mistake. I’ve never seen a management staff so lazy and unwilling to help there tenants with MINOR/MAJOR fixes. If you are looking for housing or a just a roof I advise you to PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE ‼️

Brian (office manager) worked very hard and quickly to get us into our apartment, and accommodated all of our needs! We love the apartment and the property, my kids especially love the playground!

Never move here , this place is infested with mold and they really don’t try to help . The first time I notice the mold . I called and told them they had someone come and fix it . Then later on I noticed more mold and notice me and my four month old baby clothes smelled like mold. Also my baby has been sick ever since i’ve moved into the Peaks and she was perfectly fine before that . I’ve spoke with Brian and he was supposed to come out and see about it and didn’t and this is unprofessional. Especially when my daughter has been sick numerous times

Apartment not ready on agreed upon date, when it was finally ready (4 days later), still had many things that needed to be fixed. We decided not to rent, they agreed to return our deposit. It has now been 30 days - no refund and no response to multiple phone calls and two visits to the office. They have kept over 2K of our money and we never moved in.
