ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE…. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the worst rental company I have ever rented from. In my 1 year lease with the company the whole building lost power 7 times without proper care of the power lines, leaky moldy faucets constantly, throw up outside our apartment that went uncleaned for weeks, they mowed the lawn 3 times this summer, no one ever cleaned the shared space inside the building, snow removal was an absolute nightmare they never sent updates as to when they would be coming, we had weeds growing out of the gutters because they have never been cleaned, the whole apartment was turning all of my things moldy, never followed up with any of my maintenance requests, anytime I called I was met with “someone will get back to you shortly” “ I don’t know I’ll

Steer clear of any property managed by Peak Living. They operate in bad faith and look for opportunities to add junk fees to your monthly rent. The managers are experts at hiding behind this lease. They turned what used to be a nice, decent place to live into an institution. Stay Far, Far away.

I had the absolute pleasure of working directly with Rich and Katie, who are both fabulous communicators. Peak Property is incredibly lucky to have such hard working individuals who bring their professionality, integrity, and kindness to work with them each day. I cannot sing high enough praises for both Rich and Katie!

We had the pleasure of moving into one of their rental units. It started off with miscommunication and us wanting to move in early, and they reached out to me directly to solve the miscommunication and get us moved in early. Rich, Katie, and Amie went out of their way for us, and we are truly grateful!! Tell Les I owe him cookies. Lol Thanks guys.

Rich truly went above and beyond to help me. From start to finish, she was attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure every detail was taken care of—even things I didn’t think to ask. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the people they’re helping, but Rich absolutely does. Her dedication, follow-through, and positive attitude made a huge difference, and I can’t thank her enough. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile, Rich is your go-to!
