Our experience with the apartment, and specifically Daniel who’s helped us through the process, has been absolutely excellent! We needed to find a place to live in a hurry due to a job relocation and Daniel was quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The place is well worth the price, and the apartment itself maintains temperature well without having to have the A/C frequently on. More than anything, we really appreciated Daniel’s friendly professionalism during the leasing process, and his continued kindness when we have additional questions or simply see him around the neighborhood. The management company is very lucky to have someone who so perfectly embodies a helpful friendly neighbor on staff.

Please keep your money and sanity by avoiding this place. Incompetent management and especially maintenance. Expect a half ass job or they make a BIGGER issue than what you started with or hell, even saying 'its fixed' and its not. It used to be good way before when I first moved in. Seemed organized and they had some other guy as maintenance that actually got stuff done. What a waste. This could be a great place but laziness, lack of hustle, and sheer stupidity has ruined this place.

I’ve lived in this community for almost five years under several different owners, and until recently, I rarely had issues. However, the past few months have been extremely disappointing due to the lack of communication and accountability between the front office and maintenance. After two failed attempts to fix my toilet, I had to submit another work order. When I came home, maintenance had marked the area as “cleaned and sanitized,” yet there was toilet water all over my bathroom floor and rug. My shower had been opened and my personal items moved around — completely unacceptable. A few days later, I came home to find another maintenance slip for an issue that had already been fixed. Update 8/29/25 from a first time resident after 4 months now: I have been impressed on multiple occasions now with the efficiency and response time from maintenance and the front office team. Our dishwasher had just broke down on us a day or 2 ago and they just came in today and replaced the whole thing. Last month or so I was locked out of my apartment through no one’s fault but my own and they were prepared to do anything to get me back in. Thank you Eric and Dakota for always being there to help me when I need you and for your competent maintenance team. On another note, I have had no issues with neighbors or anything regarding the outside of the building we’re in such as homeless or dangerous individuals, or even anything like trash, it’s very clean, quiet and neighbors for the most p
