During my stay I had the chance to meet the staff — Dom, Cristal, Isabel, and Terry — all friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A work order was placed while I was there, and Raul and Jorge from maintenance handled it within 24 hours. I'm here to share my very unfortunate experience living at Peak 16. This might be a long read, but it's worth it if you want to avoid going through what I did. From my time living there, it's clear they consistently sweep issues under the rug until they can’t anymore. The property looks great from the outside, but the inside tells a much different story. While the amenities are nice, staff seems to prioritize aesthetics over resident well-being. My first unit had minimal issues, but once I transferred to a different unit, things went downhill fast. Maintenance was unresponsive—requests were marked as “in progress” but never completed unless I physically went to the front desk. I have lived at Peak 16 for over two years and it has been a great place to live. Last night, two of my smoke detectors started beeping. I had no idea how to change the batteries and they were going to keep me up all night! Jorge the service guy came out at 8 p.m. and had them both fixed and quiet within 5 minutes. He was so kind and helpful and it was SO appreciated!

Beautiful location, extremely clean and entire staff absolutely amazing. I spoke with Dominique and Cristal recently about an apt and both were extremely kind, informative and helpful.

Great environment, hospitality, service. I visited my cousins and loved staying here, I wish I could move in tomorrow. I was really impressed with the maintenance staff. We had an issue and placed a work order, Jorge and Raul had it fixed that same day, they were extremely friendly and Raul even did a follow up the next day. 10/10
