Peachtree Place

I’ve been here for almost 7 months. This is my first apartment. Firstly, the ladies at the leasing office are not only efficient, they’re kind and understanding. They really take the time to know each tenants name. Secondly, the renovations. GORGEOUS! Granite countertops, stainless steel, etc. The only downside is the walls and floors are thin, but the only noise is just your neighbors walking. All in all, this is a great place to live for a first timer

Amazing experience all the way through. I originally signed my lease agreement with Candace, who was a shining beacon of customer service. Recently there has been a change in management, and the new property manager, Leesa, has been thorough and extremely helpful with helping me understand all the changes and upgrades that are going to be done. She and Kayla are the friendliest office operators I've seen in a long while. They always greet me with a smile and handle any issues that may arise with grace and openness. Kind and understanding, with a great maintenance team to help fix many of the problems they inherited via the management transition. I really appreciate the friendly welcoming energy I got from the Awesome ladies in the leasing office. Kendra is awesome and very prompt she made things so easy and the property manager Leesa is so helpful and nice as well. Im.happy to be apart of the community

I have had an excellent experience with my property manager, Ms. Lisa. She handles all matters professionally and always takes the time to clearly explain things to me. She is extremely fair when resolving issues between neighbors and approaches every situation with care and professionalism. All of my requests have been addressed promptly, and I truly have no complaints. She is a very kind and respectful person, and I appreciate the great job she does managing the property.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The staff is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the community is always clean and well-kept. Renovations are currently underway, and it’s exciting to see the improvements taking shape — the updates are making the property look even better. My unit is comfortable and quiet, and the location is super convenient. Overall, I’m really happy here and highly recommend this complex! Previous management and staff was very rude and slack so to see Leesa and Kayla turning this place around is truly warming . My decision to move here was based solely on Leesa’s leadership . If you want quality and quantity move here fast .
