Peach Tree Apartments

Cheaper rent for the area. They hire the slowest, inefficient people to do maintenance. Repair work is shotty. If a single unit needs it's water turned off, the whole complex has its water turned off. This happens every few weeks and sometimes without warning or update. Water bill is split between units so it is always high. Pools are never open when they're supposed to. If they are, they're dirty.

I've been living at the Peachtree Apts. for 7 yrs; it has been a blessing. From the beginning, Ms. Pat and her office staff have been professional, attentive, and friendly. Any issues have been promptly and efficiently taken care of. The maintenance staff respond quickly. I've enjoyed the well-kept grounds and the quietness of my surroundings. This is HOME and I'm really happy here.

Management was so unprofessional and never communicated with me. I was told when asking about the dryers not working that "You have to call and get them fixed yourself." They also have hidden fees in the contract but won't tell you about them in your statement so I would pay my rent, and the following day receive a letter that I need to pay some random amount otherwise be charged late fees. When I finally had time to visit the office, I asked them if I could receive emails with the information needed to see the hidden fee. The manager told me that I should buy my own home because "I'm not responsible enough to keep up with my bills." Obviously, I called them out on their unprofessionalism with that statement. Friendly neighbors that welcome you with food and snacks, polite management that takes care of things in a timely manner, two swimming pools of a good size. Police monitor the complex so I've never had any theft problems. The downside the laundry facilities don't work too well at the apartment but there is a laundry mat right down the street that does work really well to make up for it. And roaches multiply like crazy be sure to get an exterminator in at least once every 3 months otherwise it can escalate to an infestation. I lived there from 2017-2019.

I have been here 2 years. It was a great experience for my very first apartment and the staff are great. Maintenance will take awhile but it does get done. Only thing they need to approve is the parking spaces. Sometimes I had to park on the other side of the complex to get to my apartment. I think it would be better that the complex puts at least assigned parking for their residents. Because sometimes I see more people in a one bedroom apartment and more cars in the parking lot. Other then that no other problems.
