Peace of Mind Home Inspections provided a timely and thorough home inspection to include a wind mitigation and 4 point. The provided an updated 4 point after repairs were completed to make the whole home satisfactory for insurance purposes. Can only say that Jeanie, Shelia and Dave were great!! I had my Villa in Venice Florida inspected in April by Peace of mind inspections and I was shocked to find out just how many things that was missed when I tried to sell it recently. Lot's of electrical problems, broken springs in two windows, when I tried to open it the windows they fell out, the dryer vent exhausted into the attic, rubber insulation at the AC was deteriorating and more this is just some of the items. I did call Peace of mind inspections and she said that she would look into it but no one ever called me back. I now have to pay for the repairs that the previous owner should have paid. I definitely would NOT recommend Peace of mind home inspections.
