One ongoing issue is a spider problem near the garbage disposal area. It makes taking out the trash uncomfortable, and it doesn’t seem like pest control has been addressed properly in that part of the building. Update: I wouldn’t recommend living here. There are ongoing pest control problems — I’ve found roaches even though pest control comes regularly. On top of that, maintenance doesn’t follow through with fixing things in the apartment. You can submit multiple requests, but nothing ever really gets done. Definitely not worth the rent.

Was hesitant due to other reviews but took the leap and checked them out for myself. I couldn’t be happier! Recently moved in and everything has been a breeze. Management met with me on a holiday to show me multiple move in options. Robert did a fantastic job, start to finish, amazing guest services. Always on top of any questions or concerns. Apartment has been pest free and lobby/shared common area has maintained a clean environment. Cozy living but with a modern look. I am in LOVE with storage and counter space in the kitchen. My teenager likes it. Air conditioning and heat that you can control. On sight laundry is payable with an app, making it quick and efficient. Walking distance to multiple bus stops. Great if you need a quick place but definitely not a college dorm

I had recently move here around May and since I been here they haven't resolve my maintence issue but mark as fix when it was never fix. I also had been charge double the rent when supposedly I was suppose receive a month free which is stated on my lease. The washer machine don’t wash correctly in the building which inconvenience because now I have go out my way to wash my clothes at laundromat. My bathroom doesn’t ventilate correctly so my towels that are hang up don’t dry correctly . They say office hours are open 9am-5 pm but I never receive a call back or answer when I have concerning questions about issues I having with my apartment. And if I do get contact with person they will send me to 20 different resources and still not resolve the problem. This very frustrating and worst experi

The apartment is in a good place, but for what you will save here, you will lose in quality of sleep and quality of life. I regret having done in one year lease. I can't wait to move out of here. For sanity's sake, look elsewhere to live.
