Such a terrible experience.. I’ve been calling management everyday trying to contact manager, every time front desk would say that she will call back within 24 hours and she hasn’t for 4 days. When we came in person she was pretty rude and wasn’t helpful at all . We asked if she is managing the whole area and must be super busy but she replied that she is only in charge for the specific thing, so basically she just didn’t want to call back . Our topic took only 5 min of her time , but it cost me nerves and time calling everyday asking why nobody calling back as promised

I have always had a positive experience, but this time I have filled out the maintenance request online to not have anything scheduled until I emailed resident services. Then the technician came out to fix our freezer but the issue wasn’t resolved so I filled out another form to hear nothing for another week, so I emailed resident services again. But then they didn’t understand that the issue wasn’t fixed until I had sent 2 more emails. We have another technician scheduled to come and I’m hopeful it’ll be fixed correctly this time. But maybe they should fix their online request system, I shouldn’t have to take 100 steps to get an issue resolved.

This used to be a community... The new owners have turned it into a commodity. The people who lived here before it became NYU dorms & airBnB; remember it used to be nice to live here.
