The reason I chose pcri is to help get out of the rental market because it's so expensive. After the orientation my "counselor" Linda was late to my first meeting. She said that she doesn't see any problems with my or my spouse's credit etc and that we could probably be getting into a place by Spring. She totally didn't show to one of my appointments. After the pandemic started she completely stopped responding to my emails until I called another person in her office and said how she's ignoring me. So after being given the cold shoulder by Linda I asked for a different counselor and they assigned me Yvette. I talked to her once then she said she would contact a lender on my behalf. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE IDIOTS. Worst property management I've ever encountered. I get eviction notices every month because they have the incorrect rent amount on their ledger.
