My apartment is one of the best places to live in PBC. 1) Million dollar breeze and sun right here so you dont have to go the beach 2) So quiet and peaceful with all the windows closed you cant hear the 4am train nearby. 3) Top notch security cameras with signs posted and no trespassers. Also, management has a good relationship with the local authorities for backup security. For extra security, I have my own cameras and no greater feeling of safety. 4) No slumlord here they stay on top of repairs. Approved Section 8 from San Francisco Bay, Ca. and this apartment then drove 3000 miles been here 2 years and renewed again in same apartment. No Security deposit nor water. Just paid rent and an electric deposit to move in. A good start with places now wanting $4500 to move in. Jocelyn

I’ve had an excellent experience with this property management company. Their team is professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to taking care of both the properties and the people who live in them. They consistently go above and beyond to resolve issues quickly and maintain high standards. I know online reviews can sometimes be skewed by a few disgruntled tenants, but my experience has been the opposite. Their management is organized, fair, and dependable. They communicate clearly, handle maintenance efficiently, and treat residents with respect. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property management company. They do a great job and truly care about the communities they manage.

Management always responds swiftly. The maintenance crew is very nice and gets the job done. The ladies in the office are very nice and professional. I love my apartment. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff here! Jocelyn and Sonny were quick to answer any questions I had and helped make the moving process smooth. When we got into our unit the maintenance team was really friendly and worked quickly to fix the sink. Would highly recommend!
