Paxton at Lake Highlands Apartments

Excellent community! The property is clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. The staff is responsive, friendly, and truly cares about residents. Great atmosphere and a wonderful place to live. Highly recommend!

Management has horrible communication, or no communication I should say. They will ignore all forms of communication and are never available to help. They have you pay for reserved parking but don’t provide the proper accommodation so people will park in your reserved parking that you pay for and nothings is done about it. They’ll promote reserved parking but fail to assist the people who are already paying for it. People will steal your stuff and not be held accountable. Maintenance reports to complete requests that they don’t even attempt to complete or say that can’t complete it because they are having to work at different properties. They have a roach problem that they can’t take care of or will send “pest control” who will walk around your apartment and do nothing then state that they

The Paxton is really a great community and super accommodating! The manager, Brittany, is so helpful and very resourceful!

Living at Paxton has been a great experience! Maintenance is very responsive. The office staff is super friendly! I was able to take advantage of the $99 move in special.
