Pawnee Park Apartments

The people in the office were really nice and showed the place n it's smells good 👍😊

I lived there from 2005 - 2011 and I can say with certainty that I enjoyed my apartment (229) in bldg 2332. Any maintenance issues were taken care of promptly and never had any difficulty with the front office.

I have recently relocated BACK TO THE PAWNEE PARK APARTMENTS. The property has been updated so much. The coin op laundry room is updated, you can use your smart phone to pay for laundry. The property looks beautiful, always clean and kept up. Truly a place you'd be proud to have a friend over. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. In the center there's picnic tables and places to cookout. It's NOW SEPTEMBER 22ND 2025. AND I THINK IMNON MY WAY BACK TO PAWNEE PARK APARTMENT S. I'll be back in KS Oct 14th. This time it's permanent.

I had the worst experience that you couldn't imagine. The manager is very unprofessional. She handles personal situations openly with the maintenance staff. She escalate disputes instead of defusing disputes. My bad experience started with me asking to have salt put on my walk way to my car which was right in front of my door. Me being an above the knee amputee makes my chances of falling 5 times more likely than an person with 2 legs so that being a major problem for her to do went as far as letting the maintenance man shovel the walkway right next to my door without shoveling mine when it did snow I'm guessing to punish me for asking for salt ahead of the snow that did eventually come! She's vindictive so if you are disabled BEWARE of manager and maintenance personnel. ( And roaches )

I rented a studio apartment here from Jan 2020 to Jan 2021. Within the first few days bugs started showing up... everywhere. Beetles, roaches, flies, you name it, they live in the bathroom, sink, etc... I also should note that my truck was broken into while staying here as well and they do not have any cameras so I was out of a vehicle. The staff has always been miscommunicative and they tried to charge me an extra $300 even after my lease was over and signed off. The A/C unit was nice, but doesn't make up for all of the other flaws in service and living. Not recommended.
