Pavona Apartments

Have lived here for atleast 4 years and the quality of the office management, state of the apartment complex itself and amenities have gone down consistently. I would recommend people stay away and find another apartment in the local area if you like living near Japantown. The gym is very tiny for such a large complex. The one time I did try and use the bbq, both had no propane and no one was working at the office. Gates constantly break, someone broke into the mailroom, all the stair cases seem to need additional support since they are not structurally sound (look at the wood decaying/rotting) The new support beams don’t appear to be anchored to the ground. It doesn’t seem like they put much energy and care into this property.

SCAM/UNSAFE/ONGOING CONSTRUCTION FOR THE NEXT 18 MONTHS- I strongly advise anyone considering this property to think twice. The entire leasing process is misleading from the start. You are required to do a virtual tour that shows a completely different type of unit—one with two floors instead of three, and conveniently, no signs of the extensive construction that will be happening. What they don’t tell you is that due to cracks in the breezeways, they will be conducting major construction on every building for the next 15 to 18 months. This means loud noise, blocked access, and significant disruption all throughout the day. I f you work remotely or spend time at home during business hours, I absolutely do NOT recommend living here. My partner and I had a great experience touring the Pavona apartments! Emily gave us so much insight about the apartments and the community. We really liked what the homes and amenities had to offer. It is a great area and would recommend you set up an appointment to chat and tour!

I did not have a good time living here. Moved into 3104 and my upstairs neighbor is as always stomping or banging things. I tried to talk to them but no change and I complained to the office many times. They heard me but the situation was not resolved and they did not let me break my lease. I had to give 60 days notice and 1 months fee to break the lease. If you dont want loud upstairs neighbors better to move to the top floor.
