Pavilion Place Apartments

I am very happy to be here at Pavilion place, I love my apartment, the leasing manager Miss Terry and her staff has been real good to me, the entire area has everything I need, don't listen to negative reviews, come and see for yourself.

Okay. So the apartment complex is in a fairly dangerous part of town and it's pretty deep with a lot of complexes back there. But everybody I bumped into along the way seemed like very nice people + my friend was staying over there for a month or so trying to get his life together and it seemed to work for him.

I have to say you must start somewhere this is is a place to tough it out pay rent mine your buisness and set a gold . I understand the negative part but as far as I’m concerned I’m building from here I gave myself 2 years to v Built up . I’m greatful . I try to work with them on all angels .i I thank them..

I have been living here 5 years through several different leasing office staff which is normal in large apartment complexes. The current leasing staff is always respectful, accomodating and realistic. For this low income community located at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue & Metropolitan I knew to be careful when I moved in. For this building to have been built in 1966, with a variety of tenants (Some of us pay normal rent, while others are on goverment or similar low income based rental payment programs) in a re-developing community I did not expect an upscale Buckhead/Midtown-like living experience when I chose to live here. The walls are thin enough for me to hear both my upstairs and next-door neighbors, and there is no area for a dryer in my unit, but the maintenance comes on time and does a good job, the units are a reasonable amount of space, and the office workers are relatively reliable when attempting to contact them.
