Pavilion at UC Apartments

I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere. From the very first day my mom and I moved in, we experienced serious issues that were never properly resolved. On move-in day, there were huge water bugs (large cockroaches) in the apartment. No one should have to deal with a pest problem immediately upon moving into a new home. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning.The air conditioning did not work when we moved in. It took time before that issue was addressed. About two months later, the hot water stopped working. Shortly after that, the oven quit working completely. The freezer also malfunctioned and freezer-burned all of our food, causing us to throw groceries away. When maintenance came, they told us to move the food away from where the cold air

I’ve worked with Nabora from the time of my application to moving in and she is beyond amazing. The move in process was quick and easy and honestly the easiest I’ve ever had when it comes to renting. She made sure my repairs were done same day when needed and always makes sure everything is up to your standards before closing the ticket. Very thankful for her and her kindness and willingness to help. Compared to the last places I’ve had, this is the best one so far. And I don’t leave reviews. But this one was well deserved.

The apartment is full of nail pops, the apartment is half renovated, the apartment has moisture problems, the apartment peeling paint everywhere, chipping door frames, old door frames, old windows, old doors, old sliding glass doors, no folds on the dryer, cold air comes in, The apartment is half-renovated. I had a great experience touring this apartment complex. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities looked great. Nabora was very helpful during our visit — she took the time to show us the unit, answer all our questions, and made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Really appreciate her help!

This place stole our deposit. We were planning to move in but, the reviews just didn’t sit right with us. We instead decided to get a home instead. We went to visit the manager to make her aware. She stated she was happy for us and would be sending an email to corporate to return our deposit. The next day another called and was very disrespectful and rude. She stated they were keeping our $500 and there are refunds. She stated she was the assistant manager and they don’t provide refunds. There were documents signed not was there any verbiage stating any of this. Per NC law if there is no written documentation or proof on no refund the funds must be returned. We still haven’t heard from corporate and or anyone at the office. With all the new apartments and homes in the area I would not reco
