If I could give 0 stars I would. Paul properties is my HOA property management and I pay them $150 a month and they do hardly any upkeep on the grounds. I have a massive pine tree that’s growing in to my sewer and I told them in about April of this year and they told me they would get the tree and stop removed later that week. It never happened and when I followed up I emailed them and they said it got pushed but would be removed the next week. Well that never happened, then they told me that there were more important trees in the complex that needed to be removed before mine, but they would get to mine soon. Zero stars! I had a legimate billing question. The answer given to me was confusing. I repeated it back to her the way I understood it. It was wrong. She gave me a quivk answer again that made no sense. I asked her if I could have a second to grab my payment information to refer to..She said "No". She'd already explained it to me and had more important things she had to get to. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She stated that her supervisor was sitting right next to her and had nothing more to say to me. Then she hung up on me. We have no control with who is our property management company. Be very CAUTIOS using this company our HOA on our rental property uses Paul Properties Inc. Their communication and professionalism is lacking. They are very dismissive and will ignore your calls, messages & emails for months. After months of following up they respond by saying "they've sent emails and concerns to the HOA board". After speaking with the HOA they never received any notification from the management company. I find it very dishonest. I would NOT recommend this management property to any one, and will be looking into the matter in more detail.
