A well-organized cross-functional team to coordinate all the issues. Paul, also, helped us to purchased this property four years ago when we moved to Wixom, Michigan. Paul was our landlord for over three years. When we moved out of his property He became very unresponsive and we had to get our lawyer involved to get any communication back from him. He tried to keep security deposit for months until we had legal evolvement. He did this with another tenant in the same building. He has a pattern of keeping security deposits to pay for re-purposing/renovating his properties. Buyer beware. I would not recommend renting from him! Under any circumstances!

Absolute best experience I’ve ever had purchasing my 1st home! Super knowledgeable, professional, patient and prompt! Too ask Paul for any more would be totally selfish! He’s a God sent for sure!
