I love working with Paul! He always has great insight and always seems to have access to profitable deals. As an investor I depend on Paul for his vast experience in the Central Mississippi market.

We bought a house that Paul Flood renovated. The house was very nice to look at. We knew that he fixed the foundation and we had a inspection done with Magnolia inspections, but he did everything to cover up problems that he knew where there and did not disclose them. The sidewalk was caved in so he put dirt and sod on top of the concrete so water wouldn't drain around the house and all the grass died because it couldn't root. He put a new roof on but didn't fix all the leaks in the chimneys, no cricket no flash so the roof leaks around the chimneys. He (kind of) leveled the slab of the house and cracked the sewer pipes under the house and didn't fix them or tell us.
