We are working with Paul on our house and it has been a catastrophe. I want to warn people that he is using bait and switch and full of tricks and lies. The project was supposed to be done 8 months after pouring the foundation wall. That was done 18 months ago, all the design-change-related works were done 16 months ago, and the project is still not done! Most of the delays were planned to get us to accept the outrageous upcharges, to "avoid further delays". The contract we have with Paul is a lump sum contract. Paul Design Builders remodeled our kitchen, refinished all the floors in our main level and painted the entire main level. They did an amazing job handling minor issues that arose during the process. The results were absolutely amazing. We definitely would use Paul again.
