1 star If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Patty’s Real Estate Group was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The agent I dealt with was shockingly unprofessional, completely disorganized, and clearly had no regard for timelines or client expectations. From the beginning, communication was a nightmare—calls and texts went unanswered for days. When I finally did hear back, I was met with vague responses and flat-out misinformation. This agent had no grasp of the local market, failed to show up to scheduled appointments multiple times, and even provided incorrect documents during a critical part of the closing process, causing serious delays. Patty and her team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the Northern Liberties and Fishtown and Olde Kensington area . My husband and I were relocating trying to find an neighborhood that best fit us. Thanks to Patty and her team we chose Northern Liberties !!!!
