I had the pleasure of working with Lem. I was having trouble with the rent payment that was late, lost in the mail. He was extremely helpful with this problem. He called me daily for three days to tell me the check hadn’t not arrived yet finally on the fourth day the payment had come. He had Informed tori in finance to look for this and let him know when it was received. Both Tori and Lem called me Patton. Alan has always been there for me at this time and also in the past I had wonderful experiences with Desiree. Also I think Patton Alan and a wonderful team. Thank you again.

Dog stations aren't emptied until it's overfilled with dog bags in and around the stations. Stairs and decks in disrepair. No grounds maintenance except grass cutting. Dumpster is used by people who are not residents and is often overflowing with trash and junk around it. Management is terrible. Weaverville Commons.

Lem was a wonderful help with the whole move in process, every question we had he made real effort to get help for us and always kept us updated during the whole process!

**UPDATE** Don’t listen to the paid reviews - Patton Allen Property Management is the MOST dishonest, insincere company I’ve ever encountered. Our move in date was 12/1/22, and they promised our rental would be ready. When we arrived to the house that morning after picking up our keys, we were DISGUSTED by what we had found. The previous contractors left trash and debris on the floor, dry wall remains and dust were swept into the AIR VENTS. All of the windows were filthy, the cabinets were unfinished as well as some of the other fixtures. We spent over $10k trying to get into this house just to show up and it be in these conditions. It wasn’t even move in ready until a week after the move in date, because the owner failed to get the rental professionally cleaned. Someone had to come out

Sutton was very helpful throughout the entire process. Answered my questions quickly and throughly. She made this part of moving easy and quick.
