This was my first experience working with a real estate agent and Barbara Riley made the whole process enjoyable. From buying to selling, she walked us through every step with attention to detail and was always available to answer our questions and meet our needs. Barbara’s enjoyable personality, with the right amount of honesty as we looked at potential homes let us know we were in good hands the whole time. Her selflessness to support us looking at homes across state lines and FSBO truly defined her character. We so appreciate all she has done for us. My partner has bought and sold with Barbara in the past and he was not kidding when he told me I would love working with her!! Thank you for everything Barbara!

Joe Nestor is not to be trusted and should not be allowed to sell real estate. I called Joe Nestor on Monday about seeing a piece of property later in the week. He told me that it was an estate and that any offers had to be approved by a court and it would take a minimum of 5-days. So there was time to see it on Saturday. I called again on Wednesday and Joe said that the property was already under contract. I will never use Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate
