Phenomenal experience with the team at Patten Title! From start to finish, every single person there was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to get the deal to the closing table. This transaction had multiple liens and some difficult situations, but the Patten team handled each issue with precision and care, making sure everything was cleared properly and on time. Despite the challenges, they made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. This was my first time closing with Patten Title, but it will absolutely not be my last. I am a real estate investor and have worked with dozens of different title companies and Patten is actually the best one.
