Patriots Hollow

I came here last August from a student apartment complex in Myrtle Beach that turned into a roach infested place and bad management to Patriots Hollow. And this has been the best move I’ve made since coming to Myrtle Beach five years ago. The two bedroom apartments are very spacious and clean and all have washers and dryers. They have the first Wednesday of the month pest control which is a plus. Vince, the manger is great and very caring about this place. I always see him walking around making sure things are okay. There is someone always walking around picking up trash that has blown around on the ground, and sweeping up outside. The dogs are all on leashes and they pick up after their dogs.( a plus because in the other place they never did anything about it) This seems like a family pla

I have lived at patriots hollow for a while now and my family and I absolutely love it here!!! It is a great place to live with very friendly neighbors. The property manager Vince keeps all apartments and the grounds very well kept. Vince is constantly doing updates on the apartments so everything is fresh, clean and new when you move in. During the time that we have lived here, anytime something needs to be fixing or replaced it was taken care of extremely quickly!

I am an extremely happy tenant. My family and I were struggling to find a home. Luckily, my aunt and uncle came across an ad for the Patriots Hollow. My uncle set me up to meet with Vince to come see the apartment. Straight away, Vince was extremely professional, while also being very caring and understanding. He listened to me and what my family and I had going on, and he has made our move here absolutely wonderful. We have been 100% happy with everything about our new home. Vince went well above and beyond to make this move possible. He has been there everytime I needed to call him to ask a question. I am grateful to have found this home and I am excited to make beautiful memories here with my family. So I give five stars to Patriots Hollow.

I recently moved in here and the experience is way better than I expected. The apartment is very spacious and clean. All the appliances are clean and in good condition. I lived at the other student residence around this area for three years, when compared this place provides the best for relatively lesser price. The best part of the apartment for me is the large patio. Most importantly, the owners are nice people. They are available on call and strive to help you if you have any concern.

My husband and I lived at Patriots Hollow for a year and it was a horrible experience. When we moved in, there were tons of maintenance problems and some (like a broken screen door) never got fixed. They do not respond to texts in a timely manner and have rarely responded to our phone calls. There were tons of issues with loud parties from neighbors, dog poop and smoking - we had to call the police with noise complaints frequently and management never addressed these issues. We also had a ton of trouble getting our security deposit back. They also advertise themselves as a "secure" facility, but there is a walking gate that always stays open and anyone can get in. I would never recommend Patriots Hollow.
