I'm an investor in Atlanta and I just purchased an investment property through Patriot Home Buyers. This was my first time with this company, and I have to admit, I was a bit nervous. I think everyone knows there are a lot of questionable companies out there in the real estate world, but Patriot Home Buyers is NOT one of them. They're the real deal. These people know what it means to give exemplary customer service. My main contact was Seth. He was attentive, responsive, friendly and respectful. He always answered his phone or was quick to respond. Nothing is easy, especially buying a house. There are logistics, finances, timing, communication and emotions. Seth made me feel covered on all accounts. I felt like he was on my team and was there to make the deal a success for everyone.
