Helpful staff and a generally well‑kept building. The experience has been smooth and the environment feels stable and organized.

Its clean and looks nice but management sucks!!! Not reliable dont take responsibility when they should. Elevators always broken and if damage is done to your property prepare to rake a loss because management will only make promises to replace damaged property that was damaged because management is not maintaining the building like they should .... so dont be fooled by outward appearances. Management sucks . We pay maintenance fees and the 1000 year old building is still not being maintained!! And its causing damages to people's apartments that they own and management will not pay these issues attention unless you are a board member,or related to a board member or friends and family of someone in management. The current office manager extremely unprofessional. She is constantly trespassing and harassing the elderly people in the complex.
