Patrician Apartments

Apartments are beautiful & modern. They are not perfect, the bathroom layout and doors could use an upgrade. The community is very nice, quiet neighbors. What I do not like is how the main office never returns a phone call after saying they will, and do not answer messages or emails. This has happened every time they said they would call back. Thankfully, maintenance orders have their own systems, which does not require to call the main office.

The office staff is amazing. I am a Realtor with Latter and Blum, I was looking for a rental for a client and pleasantly surprised by how nice the units are. My client is absolutely enjoying his new home at the Patrician.

I lived here for 2 years before buying a home and like any place else, there were some minor issues with appliances, but the complex was very quick to respond. I felt very safe there and it is a safe place for kids. The pool is also very nice and not very busy for the most part.

The Patrician apartments is the best place to live in Baton Rouge! Maintenance requests are done immediately! The office stuff always is helpful and professional, especially Michael and Laquisha. Apartments are clean, dry and in perfect condition. The view of the complex is amazing, the pool is gorgeous. Safe place to live. The fence about the gates make this place even safer. Tenants live here for decades. I'm grateful to have this experience with Patrician!

Management and maintenance will not fix the air.
