She made the entire process very easy for us, handling pretty much everything since we had already moved to California by the time the house was listed. She coordinated with all the right people to make all necessary repairs and touch-ups around the house, and to make both the interior and exterior of our property look immaculate and beautiful, even handling some of the staging herself. She priced the house well and we had a fantastic offer pretty much immediately. We were able to handle the entire transaction virtually, and without a hitch.
